Her pursuit of a Master’s in Psychoanalysis deepened her understanding of cultural codes, consumer behavior, and business excellence, shaping her approach to strategy and innovation.
Over the years, Paula has collaborated with global powerhouses like ADM, Lonza, DuPont, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), The Color Association of the United States, KitchenAid, Pirelli, PZero, Levi's, Carlos Miele, Harper's Bazaar, and Style-Vision Bureau—blending branding, trend forecasting, consumer insights, marketing, PR, and business management to connect the dots, create innovation, and drive meaningful market impact.
As a senior marketing executive, Paula has led go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and revenue-driving initiatives across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets. At Imageneer, she orchestrates insight-driven brand, channel, and product strategies, supported by a global network of creatives, designers, scientists, and regulatory experts—many of whom have been part of the team for over 20 years.
Beyond strategy, Paula is a recognized thought leader in women’s health, advocating for innovation and consumer-driven solutions in the wellness space. She is the author of The Millennial Mind and The Alpha Generation: Architects of the Future, exploring the evolving landscape of consumer behavior, digital transformation, and generational shifts. Paula was recently appointed by Forbes as one of the Top 50 Women Industry Leaders, solidifying her influence in shaping the future of business, branding, and innovation.
