With a major in Social Sciences, BA in marketing and a minor in Fashion Marketing, Paula also decided to pursue a Master in Psychoanalisys. That had allowed her to remain curious about cultural codes, consumption and business excellence.
Paula had worked with DuPont, The Color Association of the United States and several branding projects: KitchenAid, Pirelli, PZero, Levi's, Carlos Miele, Harper's Bazaar, Style-Vision Bureau, just to name a few.

Paula is a work lover, in charge of the Insight process, Brand, Channel and Product Strategy, besides being the Go-to-Market strategist at Imageneer.
Focused on Growth Strategy, Business Models, and Business Ecosystems, Rafael Armani graduated in Law, post-graduated in Business Law, studied Complex Negotiations at Harvard Business School.
After 8 years working with business law, started work exclusively with Merger and Acquisitions and Capital rising, migrating later to assist startups with the best management practices and capital negotiations.
Rafael Armani also worked and develop many studies in sales, marketing and branding, further having been a speaker on many subjects in prestigious institutions.
